Role Overview:
Looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Key Account Executive (Brand & Sponsorships) to manage and nurture relationships with our sponsors and partners. In this role, you will act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring the smooth execution of sponsorship benefits across offline events, digital campaigns, and brand activations.
You will collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver impactful brand experiences while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction and long-term partnership growth.
Job Descriptions:
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned sponsors with proactive and professional communication.
- Ensure 100% execution of all agreed sponsorship benefits, including offline activations, digital placements, campaigns, and brand activations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of sponsorship deliverables across online and offline channels.
- Prepare and present post-event reports including performance metrics, sponsorship benefit fulfillment, insights, and evaluations.
- Drive client retention and upselling initiatives to strengthen long-term partnership value.
Qualifications:
- Maximum 3–5 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or partnership roles (preferably in media, events, sports, or advertising industries).
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strong understanding of sponsorship execution, including offline events, digital campaigns, and brand activations.
- Results-driven mindset with strong focus on client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace, especially PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
