Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Account Executive (Digital) to join a fast-growing team delivering integrated digital marketing solutions for leading brands across various industries.

This role is ideal for someone with agency experience who enjoys managing client relationships, coordinating digital campaigns, and working closely with strategy, creative, content, media, and production teams to ensure successful project delivery. You will be a key point of contact for clients and play an important role in driving seamless campaign execution from briefing through completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the day-to-day contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring excellent service delivery.
  • Coordinate and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, content, paid media, influencer, and digital platforms.
  • Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams, ensuring project objectives, timelines, and deliverables are clearly aligned.
  • Develop project timelines, status reports, meeting notes, and campaign documentation.
  • Monitor campaign progress and proactively identify risks, issues, or opportunities.
  • Support campaign planning, execution, and optimization alongside strategy and media teams.
  • Assist in preparing client presentations, proposals, performance reports, and recommendations.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and according to quality standards.
  • Support budget tracking, scope management, and administrative requirements where needed.
  • Stay informed on digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry developments.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in Account Management, Client Servicing, Digital Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a digital, creative, social, media, or integrated agency environment is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, content marketing, paid media, influencer marketing, and digital campaigns.
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
