Role Summary
The Senior Account Associate is responsible for driving integrated creatives & content executions, and social commerce performance across client brands.
This role leads the planning and execution of data-driven creative & content strategies that build brand awareness, grow audience engagement, and support commercial objectives together with internal Content House Team. In parallel, the role oversees the end-to-end management of social commerce initiatives, including livestream operations, affiliate ecosystem development, and creator partnerships to drive measurable sales and conversion outcomes.
Acting as a key bridge between clients, internal creative and account teams, livestream hosts, affiliate creators, and external production partners, the Senior Account Associate ensures that social content and commerce activations are strategically aligned, operationally efficient, and commercially effective.
Working closely with Commercial Managers, Content House, Livestream Hosts, Affiliate teams, and platform partners (TikTok, Shopee, Lazada), the role ensures seamless execution of social campaigns and commerce programs while maintaining high standards in content quality, performance optimization, and client servicing.
Ultimately, the role ensures that social commerce channels work together to strengthen brand presence, build creator ecosystems, and deliver sustainable engagement, conversion, and revenue growth for clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Creatives & Content Management
Client & Strategy
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients to understand their content direction, needs, and brand / ecommerce / social campaign objectives.
- Translate brand and campaign goals into clear creative briefs and strategic content plans.
- Provide creative ideas, content recommendations, and storytelling approaches aligned with brand guidelines and audience insights.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools and platform updates.
Content Development
- Collaborate closely with internal creative and content creation teams to guide campaign planning.
- Work with internal teams and/or external production agencies on storyboard ideation, shooting, and post-production to ensure smooth coordination and on time delivery.
- Work closely with external partners in planning and overseeing livestream delivery and affiliates.
- Evaluate creative proposals, scripts, and storyboards to ensure they meet client's objectives and maintain quality standards.
- Manage content production timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure efficiency and cost effectiveness.
- Social Commerce Livestream Management
Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and optimization of livestream commerce programs across brands and platforms.
Livestream Planning & Strategy
- Develop livestream strategies aligned with brand campaigns, product priorities, and promotional calendars.
- Plan livestream schedules, studio readiness, and manpower allocation across brands.
- Define product selling angles, promotional mechanics, and campaign messaging.
Pre-Livestream Preparation
- Vet product content and curate product highlights and selling points for livestream presentations.
- Prepare livestream run-of-show, talking points, and promotional mechanics.
- Select, brief, and train livestream hosts on:
- Product details
- Key selling points
- Engagement strategies
- Conduct rehearsals or dry runs where required.
Livestream Execution
- Oversee livestream sessions including:
- Technical setup
- Script adherence
- Timing and pacing
- Real-time troubleshooting
- Coordinate with livestream platform teams (TikTok, Shopee, YouTube, etc.) for setup and integration.
- Monitor engagement during streams and provide real-time optimization guidance.
Post-Livestream Optimization
- Analyze livestream performance including:
- Engagement
- Conversion
- GMV
- Viewer retention
- Gather feedback from hosts and moderators to improve future sessions.
- Work with Account Management teams to prepare post-mortem reports and improvement plans.

- Affiliate Ecosystem & Creator Partnership Management
Develop and scale high-performing affiliate and creator ecosystems that drive social commerce revenue.
Affiliate Strategy & Client Alignment
- Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal affiliate teams.
- Understand client goals, campaign KPIs, brand guidelines, and budget requirements.
- Develop customized affiliate strategies aligned with campaign objectives.
Affiliate Recruitment & Onboarding
- Recruit affiliates through platforms such as:
- TikTok Creator Marketplace
- Shopee Affiliate Program
- Lazada Affiliate Network
- Define affiliate selection criteria based on audience demographics, brand alignment, and content quality.
- Coordinate onboarding, content briefing, and campaign timelines.
Affiliate Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with top-performing affiliates and creators.
- Facilitate regular content output and ensure consistent engagement across campaigns.
- Develop and manage an affiliate community through training, incentives, and collaboration.
- Identify and nurture high-potential creators into long-term brand partners.
Affiliate Performance Optimization
- Track and analyze affiliate performance using internal dashboards and platform analytics.
- Segment affiliates into performance tiers:
- Top performers
- Mid-tier creators
- Emerging affiliates
- Generate actionable insights to improve affiliate output, engagement, and ROI.

- Client, Partner & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Serve as a key point of contact between clients, creative teams, commercial teams, and platform partners.
- Ensure social media and social commerce initiatives align with client business objectives and campaign strategies.
- Work closely with Commercial Managers and Account teams to support campaign planning and execution.
- Coordinate with external production partners, studios, and platform representatives when required.
- Maintain strong communication and alignment across teams to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction.
