Requirement:
Bachelor's degree in any major
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, with relevant internship experience in retail operations, sales, field force, or shopper/consumer experience
Basic understanding of in-store execution, shopper behavior, and retail performance drivers
Demonstrated leadership experience (e.g., organizational involvement, project ownership, or leading small teams)
Strong interest in managing and developing field teams (Beauty Advisors)
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong willingness to learn, with a proactive and hands-on mindset
Analytical thinking to identify problems and support performance improvement
Creative mindset in designing activation ideas and improving shopper engagement
