  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships

  • Record and escalate issues of system & operations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree, with 1 year/more experience in client or customer relation
  • Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply
  • Outstanding communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
  • Highly organized & dependable
  • High attention to details
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (word, excel, power point)
