Job Description

Job Description:

  • Manage programs - oversee program operations & monitor program achievements
  • Work with stakeholders to resolve program issues
  • Leverage all data to identify pain points on current operational process, propose improvements, and execute improvements
  • Support program PIC in planning & executing growth projects
  • Prepare periodic updates to management on programs and ad-hoc initiatives

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree from any major with good GPA/IPK - 3 & above (out of 4)
  • Minimum 1 year of work experience
  • Proficiency in excel
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Powerpoint/Google Slides
  • Good structured thinking & problem solving skills
  • Good english skills
  • Knowledge/experience in Project Management, Business Development, and Data Analysis is preferred
  • Work experience in e-commerce/tech industry is a plus
