Job Description

Job Description:

  • Assist in creating and adapting content across key seller touchpoints
  • Identify and package useful seller resources for different communication & engagement channels such as Socials (Community), in-app (push-notifications, Seller Centre), out-of-app (eDMs, webinars), etc.
  • Support the team in curating creative briefs and basic copywriting
  • Support the team in monitoring, tracking and reporting of communication channels performance
  • Assist on ad-hoc projects and evergreen campaigns that include seller community management, acquisition initiatives and seller events


  • Currently pursuing a/enrolled in Bachelor's Degree in a related technical field
  • Excellent in communication with a clear and concise communication style
  • Proficiency in digital marketing preferred
  • Detail-oriented
  • Good interpersonal skills with demonstrated strong stakeholder management ability
  • Full-time interns preferred (3-6 months)
  • Part-time interns who can commit at least 3 working days per week are also welcome to apply
