Seller Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential sellers through outbound and inbound channels
• Support end-to-end seller onboarding, including platform introduction and basic training
• Assist sellers in understanding Shopee's logistics models and operational processes
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve seller onboarding experience
• Monitor onboarding progress and support early-stage seller performance

• Bachelor's degree (or expected graduation) in any field
• Strong interest in e-commerce, digital platforms, or online marketplaces
• Good communication skills and a proactive mindset
• Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and basic reporting
• Business-level English or Japanese communication skills (written & verbal)
