About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and mechanically minded Self-Loading Concrete Mixer Operator to operate and maintain a new AIMIX self-loading concrete mixer for our construction projects in South Lombok.

The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality concrete, operating the machine safely and efficiently, conducting daily maintenance, and ensuring smooth concrete supply to multiple construction sites.

Full machine-specific training will be provided by AIMIX technicians during commissioning.

Key Responsibilities

Machine Operation

• Operate the AIMIX self-loading concrete mixer safely and efficiently.

• Produce concrete according to required mix specifications.

• Load and measure aggregates, cement, water, and additives.

• Transport and discharge concrete to designated construction areas.

• Monitor machine performance during operation.

Quality Control

• Ensure consistency of concrete mixes.

• Follow instructions from site engineers regarding mix designs.

• Assist with slump tests and quality checks when required.

• Report any quality issues immediately.

Maintenance & Equipment Care

• Perform daily inspections before operation.

• Check engine oil, hydraulic oil, coolant, tyres, brakes, and water systems.

• Clean the machine thoroughly after each shift.

• Conduct basic servicing and preventative maintenance.

• Report mechanical issues before they become major failures.

Site Coordination

• Coordinate with site supervisors and construction teams.

• Maintain production and fuel consumption records.

• Ensure safe movement of equipment around active construction sites.

• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.

Minimum Qualifications

Required

• Minimum 3 years experience operating heavy equipment.

• Experience operating one or more of the following:

• Excavators

• Wheel loaders

• Concrete mixers

• Concrete pumps

• Dump trucks

• Batching plants

• Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills.

• Good understanding of diesel engines and hydraulic systems.

• Able to perform routine maintenance independently.

• Physically fit and able to work outdoors.

• Willing to attend AIMIX training program.

Preferred

• Experience in concrete production or ready-mix operations.

• Experience operating self-loading concrete mixers.

• Understanding of concrete mix ratios and quality control.

• Valid heavy equipment operator certification (SIO).

• Previous work on construction projects.
