JOB OBJECTIVE:
Develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives to meet the objectives of the Business Development C/I Team
Lead (BD team) to achieve the target of their segment/Areas
Manage and implement Trade Marketing & Marketing programs for the Commercial Industry segment
Business Development
- Propose annual distributors sales target and obtain approval from GM Sales to be implemented
- Update Distributors for their quarterly KPI results in order to keep them motivated and achieve their KPI target
- Manage BD Team to help them achieving their sales target by properly managing the Distributors
- Find new distributors through available resources to for unassigned areas
- Review distributor candidates eligibility in terms of their financial background, networking capacities and fits all the requirements
- Participate in the planning of Trade promo and Marketing Programs with other Sales Managers which will be implemented for the upcoming year
- Review expiring Distributor agreements and discuss with GM Sales to decide for renewal
- Maintain a good relationship with distributors in support of their needs (Technical support, Trade Programs, Marketing)
- Manage BD team to ensure distributor's payment are smooth, and follow up when receivables past due date
- Enforce BD team to find potential customers/projects and help distributors grow their Business
Team Management
- Manage BD Team by enforcing them to support distributor needs in order to boost Distributors Sell-out
- Review daily report BD team (Technical, Pricing)
- Provide advice on obstacles faced and provide guidance until closing new customers
REQUIREMENTS:
- MinimumBachelor's degree(S1), preferably inEngineering,Business,Marketing, or related fields.
- 5+ years insales, preferably inlubricantsorindustrial sectors.
- Proventrack record in B2B sales
- Experience handlingregional territories(e.g., Sumatera, Kalimantan, Java, Sulawesi).
- Willing totravel frequentlywithin assigned region
- Based in the assigned region or willing to relocate
