We're Hiring a Security Supervisor!
PT Panca Amara Utama is seeking a dedicated and disciplined
Security Supervisor to oversee daily security operations at the Banggai Ammonia Plant (BAP). This role is responsible for ensuring the safety of personnel, assets, and facilities by supervising security teams, enforcing site security protocols, and managing incident response in accordance with company standards and industry regulations.
Work Location: Site Banggai Ammonia Plant, Kabupaten Banggai
Reporting Line: This position reports directly to the Deputy Security Manager
Job Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor in Military or Security Studies; pre-military formal education preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Military or Security roles.
- Certified in Gada Utama.
- Experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Energy, Palm Oil, or Global Manufacturing industries preferred.
- Strong background in security operations management and site supervision.
- Proven experience in emergency response and crisis management.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle high-risk situations.
- Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Physically fit and capable of performing patrol and on-site supervision duties.
Job Responsibilities
Security Operations & Supervision
- Supervise and coordinate daily security operations and security guard activities.
- Conduct daily briefings for morning and night shifts to ensure operational readiness.
- Monitor gate access control, ensuring all personnel, vehicles, and visitors are properly authorized and recorded.
- Track site traffic movement through logbooks and monitoring systems.
- Enforce site-wide security policies in coordination with security leaders.
Incident Response & Crisis Management
- Lead and manage security responses during incidents, emergencies, or security breaches.
- Monitor and control response actions to minimize threats and operational disruptions.
- Coordinate daily with BKO personnel to ensure effective threat monitoring and mitigation.
- Liaise with law enforcement and external agencies when required.
