We are seeking Security Supervisor to maintain top tier security standards at our site, with details below:
Responsibilities:
- Ensure all guarding posts are fully attended during rosters times and manage Contractor Personnel performance to meet the contract Performance Framework.
- Maintain comprehensive records, including personnel rosters, training logs, access control (pedestrian & vehicle), and daily activity reports.
- Liaise with local police and other security authorities regarding any changes to the security environment.
- Provide regular training (inductions & refreshers) and manage disciplinary actions or absenteeism of Contractor Personnel.
- Remain sensitive to local cultural and threat environments while maintaining 24/7 availability for emergency response.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Security Supervisor, preferably from 5-star hospitality, multinational companies, or international organizations.
- Must be fluent in English (written and spoken), with the ability to draft professional reports.
- Possess a valid Gada Madya / Gada Utama certification.
- Professional appearance, high integrity, and a strong service oriented mindset.
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment and under high-pressure situations.
- Willingness to be placed in Jakarta, Makassar, Bali, or Surabaya as required.
