Team Management:-  Supervise and provide guidance to security staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
Ensure security personnel adhere to company policies and procedures.-  Conduct regular team meetings and briefings.
Develop and implement security protocols and procedures.-  Monitor security systems, including surveillance cameras, alarms, and access to company areas.
 Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
-  Conduct regular inspections and risk assessments.
 Respond to security breaches, alarms, and emergencies.
-  Investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports.
Ensure proper documentation and follow-up on all security-related incidents.
- Communication and Reporting:
Maintain clear and effective communication with management, staff, and external parties.-  Prepare and submit regular security reports and updates.
 Liaise with other departments to ensure security measures are integrated into overall operations.
 Ensure compliance regulations related to security and safety.
-  Promote a culture of safety and security within the organization.
Conduct regular safety drills and training sessions.
Qualifications:
Diploma or bachelors degree in criminal justice, security management, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years at the same position.
Strong leadership and team management skills.-  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 Ability to remain calm and make decisions in high-pressure situations.
-  Proficient in the use of security technology and systems.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.-  Knowledge of local, state, and federal security regulations.
Possessed Security certification preferred.-  CPR and First Aid certification are desirable.
Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods.-  Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
 Must be able to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
