PT. Karangmas Sejahtera is looking for vigilant and responsible Security Staff to ensure the safety and security of our premises, employees, and visitors. You'll play a vital role in maintaining a secure environment by monitoring access, conducting regular patrols, and responding promptly to any security incidents.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain security and order throughout all company premises
- Control access for employees, visitors, and vehicles in accordance with company procedures
- Safeguard company assets, both physical and non-physical
- Conduct routine patrols within the work area to ensure a safe and secure environment
- Enforce company regulations and applicable security procedures
- Prevent criminal activities such as theft, vandalism, and other security violations
- Respond to emergency situations, including fire incidents, workplace accidents, and other security disturbances
- Prepare incident reports accurately and in a timely manner
- Coordinate with internal teams and external authorities (such as police, fire department, etc.) when necessary
- Ensure all security systems are functioning properly and effectively
- Protect company goods, facilities, and properties from damage or loss
- Provide information and assistance to employees and visitors in a professional manner
Requirements
- Minimum education requirement: Senior High School graduate or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Security Officer
- Possession of a Gada Pratama certification will be an advantage
- Physically fit and in good health condition
- No criminal record
