Unilever Oleochemical Indonesia are looking for a well-rounded Security Officer who combines strong security operations experience with analytical capabilities and technology awareness. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing day-to-day security activities, leveraging security technologies such as CCTV and access control systems, and analyzing operational data to identify risks, trends, and opportunities for continuous improvement. This role requires a proactive individual who can bridge security operations, technology, and analytical insights to enhance overall site security performance.
Job Responsibilities :
- Act as the highest security decision-maker on site in the absence of the Assistant Manager Security, within assigned authority limits.
- Monitor security vendor performance and ensure compliance with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Participate in security review meetings and ensure timely follow-up of action items.
- Review and approve security guard deployments, replacements, and personnel changes.
- Manage administrative processes, including procurement transactions and other security-related documentation.
- Ensure security operations are conducted in accordance with company policies, procedures, and professional standards.
- Monitor and maintain security technologies, including CCTV systems, access control systems, alarm systems, and other security devices.
- Coordinate maintenance and repair activities for security systems and equipment.
- Assist in investigations and ensure incidents such as theft, trespassing, security breaches, and emergencies are properly documented and reported.
- Analyze incidents, operational data, and security trends to identify risks and recommend improvements.
- Prepare reports and provide operational insights to support management decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support security system enhcements, upgrades, implementation projects, and technology adoption initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen site security performance and compliance.
Requirements :
- Willing to work form site at Sei Mangkei, North Sumatera
- Associate or bachelor's degree in security management, Criminology, Law, Occupational Safety, or a related field.
- Security certifications such as Gada Madya or Gada Utama are an advantage.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in security operations, law enforcement, military, or supervisory security-related roles.
- Strong knowledge of physical security procedures, risk assessment, and security operational protocols.
- Good understanding of security technologies, including CCTV, access control systems, alarm systems, and other electronic security solutions.
- Ability to analyze incidents, operational data, security trends, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Experience in incident investigation, reporting, and security performance monitoring.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Ability to manage administration, documentation, and compliance with audit requirements and company standards.
- Strong supervision, coordination, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Decisive, proactive, and capable of working independently in dynamic situations.
