Security Operations Center (SOC) Manager

Cisometric is looking for a SOC Manager – Cybersecurity Operations to lead our security operations practice here in Jakarta.

If you've spent years in the trenches — managing analysts, running incident response, building detection playbooks from scratch — and you're ready to step up and own the whole function, let's talk.

What you'll be doing :

• Lead and manage daily SOC operations and security monitoring activities.
• Drive effective incident detection, investigation, and response.
• Act as the main escalation point for major cybersecurity incidents.
• Mentor and develop SOC Analysts to build a strong security team.
• Improve SOC processes, playbooks, and detection capabilities.
• Ensure service delivery meets SLA and client expectations.
• Present security insights and incident reports to clients and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams to continuously enhance security services.
• Contribute to building next-generation SOC capabilities and automation.

What we're looking for :

• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity or security operations.
• Proven experience leading or supervising SOC teams.
• Strong hands-on understanding of SIEM, threat monitoring, and incident response.
• Experience working in MSSP or consulting environments is highly valued.
• Familiar with security frameworks such as ISO 27001 or industry regulations.
• Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, CEH, GIAC, etc.) are a plus.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Bonus points if you have experience in fintech, banking, or regulated industries — our clients sit in that space, so the context matters.
