Main Responsibility
Security Officer is responsible for maintaining the safety and security of SLRJ property, tenants, visitors, and employees. The role ensures compliance with Shangri-La standards, conducts patrols, monitors security systems, and responds to incidents efficiently while providing professional customer service.
Requirements
Due to work pass restrictions, only Citizens of Indonesia (WNI) shall be considered.
Basic fluency in English (oral and written).
Minimum one year of work experience in a similar capacity in an international luxury hotel brand or serviced apartments.
Valid Garda Pratama certification is a MUST.
Exceptional interpersonal skills with strong eagerness to learn.
Able to work flexible hours.
