Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Security Officer located in Tegalalang, Gianyar. The Security Officer will be responsible for monitoring and securing premises, patrolling designated areas, and identifying potential security risks. Day-to-day tasks include responding to security breaches, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, and delivering excellent service to clients, their staff, and visitors. The role may also involve collaboration with team members and reporting incidents in a timely and accurate manner.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of security protocols and practices, with experience in identifying risks and responding effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with clients, visitors, and team members professionally
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to efficiently handle issues and incidents
• Physical fitness and the ability to remain alert and focused during shifts
• Prior experience in security services, law enforcement, or a related field is a plus
• Certification in security training or related qualifications is an advantage
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
