Role Description

This full-time on-site Security Officer role is based in Gianyar, Bali. The Security Officer will be responsible for maintaining a secure and safe environment at the designated premises. Duties include monitoring access points, conducting routine patrols, observing and reporting any suspicious activity, guiding employees and visitors to ensure compliance with safety protocols, responding swiftly to incidents, and assisting in emergency situations. Collaboration with team members and adherence to company standards are key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in surveillance and monitoring techniques, access control systems, and emergency response procedures.
• Strong situational awareness, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with staff and assisting visitors.
• Basic knowledge of safety protocols, first aid, and security equipment operations is preferred.
• Physical fitness and the ability to remain alert and vigilant during shifts.
• Previous experience in a security or safety role is advantageous but not required.
• Possession of any relevant security certifications or training is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
