The Security Manager at Alila Villas Uluwatu is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of all guests, employees, and hotel property. Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or villa.
- Background in law enforcement, military, or security management preferred.
- Strong leadership and crisis management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Knowledge of security systems, CCTV monitoring, and emergency procedures.
