Security Engineer L2 (Infoblox)

Job Specification:

• Hold bachelor's degree (S-1 degree) in Information Technology or Computer Engineering or Telecommunication from a reputable university with minimum IPK of 3.0, 5 years working experience as engineer is a plus
• Holding Infoblox certification such as Infoblox Core DDI Advanced Troubleshoot (CDAT) or Infoblox NIOS DDI Expert (INE) is a must
• Deep Knowledge and experience in DNS Security, DHCP, IPAM and related protocols
• Having knowledge in Network Security and Cybersecurity
• Minimum 3 years experience as an Infoblox DDI Security Engineer
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
• Fluent in English, good communication skills
• Competent with Microsoft Office applications i.e. Microsoft Visio, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to perform under pressure and tight time constraints; be able to work under limited guidance in line with a broad plan, or strategy.
• Leadership, teamwork, commitment, and service excellence personal qualities

The role shall cover:

For Maintenance based:

• Work as part of PSI security team in managing Infoblox solution
• Provide an initial troubleshooting for incoming issues before escalation to next level support
• Support for troubleshooting of any findings/problems within the designated customer
• Work with other customer's infrastructure team (such as security, network, etc.) and third-party vendors to open case and escalation as part of troubleshooting
• Provide maintenance report such as tickets and issues (corrective), preventive, and network documentation
• Monitoring system-health, as well as to act and/or report for issue mitigation
• Act as a support for new installation; integrating of the desired system into the existing system as well as the required migration
• Working as a team in managing all the project documentation (ranging from Site Survey, MoP, and UAT) as a build documentation
