Hold bachelor&aposs degree (S-1 degree) in Information Technology or Computer Engineering or Telecommunication from a reputable university with minimum IPK of 3.0, 5 years working experience as engineer is a plus
Holding Infoblox certification such as Infoblox Core DDI Advanced Troubleshoot (CDAT) or Infoblox NIOS DDI Expert (INE) is a must
Deep Knowledge and experience in DNS Security, DHCP, IPAM and related protocols
Having knowledge in Network Security and Cybersecurity
Minimum 3 years experience as an Infoblox DDI Security Engineer
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
Fluent in English, good communication skills
Competent with Microsoft Office applications i.e. Microsoft Visio, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Ability to perform under pressure and tight time constraints; be able to work under limited guidance in line with a broad plan, or strategy.

Support for troubleshooting problems in PSI customer.
Also support for change request in customer network.
Including reporting, documentation and standby monitoring.
Support for Onsite Resident Engineer on PSI Customer Site (8x5)
