Job Description

  • Support the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of security devices and solutions.
  • Monitor security systems and perform basic troubleshooting activities.
  • Assist in managing security policies, rules, and configurations.
  • Perform routine health checks, upgrades, and maintenance activities.
  • Investigate and escalate security-related issues when required.
  • Maintain technical documentation and operational records.
  • Work closely with internal teams and vendors to support security operations.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in cybersecurity, network security, system administration, or infrastructure support.
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, Routing, Switching).
  • Familiarity with security technologies such as Firewalls, Web Application Firewalls (WAF), Endpoint Security, VPN, or Email Security solutions.
  • Basic knowledge of security monitoring and incident handling.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
