Responsible for designing, developing, and managing Custodian and Fund Services products within Transaction Banking. The role focuses on delivering innovative, compliant, and efficient product solutions aligned with business strategy, regulatory requirements, and client needs, while ensuring optimal product performance and service delivery.
Product Development & Management
- Design and develop Custodian and Fund Services products in accordance with:
- Securities Services business strategy
- Prevailing regulations and policies
- Client needs, market practices, and competitor offerings
- Ensure timely delivery of projects within agreed scope, timeline, and budget, including preparation of all required documentation
- Manage user access and system administration for both internal and external platforms
- Support Investor Account processes in coordination with business partners (Branch and other divisions)
- Monitor, assess, and summarize regulatory and market updates related to Securities Services
Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement product strategies to support the bank's financial and non-financial objectives
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to develop and review product strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with the bank's vision and mission
- Collaborate with IT and Operations to streamline processes, increase efficiency, and explore cost-saving initiatives through technology implementation
Business Performance & Management
- Partner with Sales/Account Managers to enhance existing products or develop new solutions based on customer needs and market insights
- Ensure all product offerings comply with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and client mandates
- Deliver effective and efficient solutions in response to market demand
- Ensure all products used by clients function properly to support smooth transaction execution
- Monitor product utilization and profitability to ensure revenue generation from investments
- Periodically review financial and operational processes to improve product efficiency
- Build and maintain strong communication with stakeholders, including regulators, to support business objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Transaction Banking, Custody Services, Fund Services, or Product Development within banking/financial services
- Strong understanding of Securities Services products, including Custodian Services, Fund Administration, and Capital Market operations
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks related to securities services (OJK, BI, and global standards is a plus)
- Experience in product development, project management, and process improvement initiatives
