SECURED UNDERWRITING HEAD

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage Credit Underwriting teams to minimize credit risk and potential losses.
• Ensure robust credit analysis culture, effective internal controls, and audit readiness.
• Ensure full compliance with Bank Indonesia & OJK regulations.
• Drive credit policy improvements and ensure SOP implementation across underwriting processes.
• Strengthen collaboration with Risk, Business, Audit, and external partners.
• Oversee team capacity planning, productivity, KPI implementation, and budget management.
• Enhance service quality, SLA performance, MIS standardization, and process improvements.
• Lead corrective actions based on internal and external audit findings.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Banking, with strong exposure to Credit Underwriting.
• Proven experience in credit decision-making and end-to-end credit processes.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
