Ensure the implementation of cluster/shophouse (ruko) environmental management in accordance with SOPs and Estate Regulations to maintain safety, orderliness, and residents comfort
Conduct detailed on-site inspections within cluster and shophouse areas
Responsible for handling and resolving customer complaints through SRIS
Monitor occupancy activities in cluster/shophouse areas, including move-in/move-out processes, IPL (maintenance fee) arrears, and occupancy data management
