Develop strategic plans and programs for the dissemination and integration of corporate culture in alignment with the company's objectives.
Take full responsibility for managing, evaluating, and providing follow-up actions for activities related to the dissemination and implementation of corporate culture.
Design and implement coaching and mentoring programs focused on corporate culture, and ensure proper monitoring of their execution.
Collaborate with relevant departments and units to facilitate the dissemination and monitor the implementation of the company's Core Values and culture.
Requirement:
Minimum education: Bachelor's degree
Minimum 2 years of work experience in a related field/industry
Proficient in using Microsoft Office and Canva
Possesses strong analytical thinking, presentation, interpersonal, and adaptability skills to work with people from diverse backgrounds
