About the Role
The Secretary provides direct support to managers and executives, ensuring effective scheduling, documentation, and communication. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling sensitive information with discretion.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting logistics for assigned managers/executives.
- Prepare documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, expense claims, and itineraries.
- Serve as a communication bridge between executives, teams, and external stakeholders.
- Ensure all records, files, and reports are kept up to date and properly maintained.
- Assist in organizing company events, workshops, and business meetings.
- Handle confidential information with the highest level of professionalism.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- 15 years of experience as a secretary, personal assistant, or executive support role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills; familiarity with scheduling tools is a plus.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, with excellent written communication.
