Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Secretary/Personal Assistant to the Director based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The role involves managing daily schedules, organizing meetings, handling correspondence, and preparing reports. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining records, and assisting with administrative tasks. The individual will provide organizational and administrative support to ensure the Director's activities run smoothly.

Qualifications

  • Organizational and time management skills, including scheduling and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in administrative duties such as document preparation, record-keeping, and correspondence management
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Adaptability and problem solving skills in a fast paced environment
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (proficiency in additional languages is a plus)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field
  • Prior experience as a secretary or personal assistant is highly preferred
