Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide full administrative and secretarial support to management.
  • Manage and maintain executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and letters.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Assist in arranging business trips, including flight bookings, accommodation, and travel itineraries.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders professionally.
  • Support office administration tasks and ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Secretarial, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Minimum 13 years of experience as a Secretary, Personal Assistant, or Administrative Assistant is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
  • Able to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
  • Willing to work in Sudirman, Jakarta.
