Role description:
- Full-time position
- Teaching English Language Arts and extracurriculars for secondary students
- Arranging and developing syllabuses and lesson plans in line with curriculum objectives
- Develop and foster the appropriate skills and social abilities.
- Monitors, assesses, records, and reports student learning outcomes
- Conduct creative and fun learning with multiple aspects of stimulation.
To be competitive for this role, this special person must fulfill the following requirements:
- Possess at least a bachelor's degree in English Language Arts, English Literature, or a related discipline from a reputable university.
- Fluent in English and good at computer and technology literacy
- A professional communicator and creative and collaborative educator
- Cheerful, caring, responsible, highly motivated, and a fast learner who pursues everything with energy, drive, and a need to finish
- Willing to learn the knowledge of preteen development, stimulation, and education
- Comfortable speaking in front of large groups
- Well-versed in school procedures and classroom management techniques
- Able to teach diverse students with varied abilities in English knowledge
