General requirements:
- Bachelor degree or higher qualification in Business, Economics, Finance, Management (Overseas graduate is preferred)
- Minimum 2 years teaching experience in the relevant field (IB training/experience is an advantage)
- Possess good managerial and interpersonal skills (planning, monitoring, and evaluating) & the ability to collaborate well in a team
- Self-motivated
- Computer and internet proficient
- Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English
- Fluent English speaker
Job Description:
- Develop and implement lesson plans and instructional materials
- Teach IB Business Management (SL and/or HL) following IB standards and practices
- Design and administer assessments (quizzes, exams, assignments) to evaluate student progress
- Provide timely, constructive feedback to students on their performance
- Track student performance and identify areas for improvement
- Manage classroom behavior, ensuring a respectful and productive learning environment
- Promote discipline and guide students in following school rules and procedures
- Participate in professional development opportunities and workshops to enhance teaching skills
- Serve as a homeroom teacher if required
