Position: Seafreight Broker Assistant, PEN

Working Duration: 12 months contract with PERSOLKELLY

Working Day/Hour: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm

JOB OVERVIEW

To execute all import & export documentation on timely manner to ensure smooth declaration & pick

up / delivery of shipments. To include field operations attending to shipment checking & monitoring as

per job assigned by your superior.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Any other job related tasks as assigned by the superior.
• Retrieve documents from customer service team in order to process inbound & outbound shipment in timely manner
• Generate custom form in EDI CUSTOM and update customer service
• Follow up with custom on the application status of permit if any till approval obtained.
• Work closely with customer service on required brokerage scope or customers SOP Standard

• Operating Procedure in managing & excute those shipments.

• To include field operations attending to shipment checking & monitoring as per job assigned by your superior.
• To ensure all shipment being managed & processed in timely manner without fail.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in seafreight industry on customs brokerage and operations.

• Proficient in computer software such as MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Email
• Knowledge of custom system and customs requirements
