About the Opportunity
The Regional Product Manager leads a team of creative and analytic members critical to the success of Discova. The position requires a diverse skill set ranging from developing innovative travel products to conducting destination training and leading agent familiarization trips across their region. Sitting at an integral cross-section, the position will be expected to fully realize Discova's strategic vision.
About You
The Essentials
- A bachelor's degree or a minimum of five years experience in product development and management specifically Malaysia, Indonesia, and Singapore.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the travel industry and a thorough understanding of Discova destinations.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English.
- Extensive travel to or experience living in our destinations is a strong advantage.
- Experience in team leadership is required.

- Strong decision-making and leadership qualities.
- Willingness to travel for business purposes regionally, and, when needed, internationally.
- A strong working knowledge of all the core Microsoft Office programs.
