Job Title: SEA (Labor/Social Compliance) Supervisor

Job Location: Jepara, Central Java, Indonesia

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in any major.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Supervisor in Labor/Social Compliance, preferably in a labor-intensive manufacturing industry.
Good understanding of labor regulations, international social compliance standards, security systems, internal audits, SOP development, and monitoring of T1 Subcontractors and T2 VM.
Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Active English proficiency.
Willing to be placed in Jepara and attend the recruitment selection process offline (on-site).

Job Description:

Oversee social compliance and internal audit activities.
Monitor security systems and ensure CTPAT compliance.
Manage and coordinate buyer labor projects, particularly Adidas initiatives.
Monitor compliance of T1 subcontractors and VM operations.
Coordinate corrective actions and continuous improvement to meet company and buyer requirements.
