Responsibilities

  • Prepare and provide analysis for name screening, Enhanced Due Diligence and other Due Diligence reviews in AML & ABC-related process.

  • Conduct review for Gift and Hospitality request from other business dept.

  • Determine the risk and escalate higher risk cases to the appropriate stakeholders for further action.

  • Ensuring compliance with Group Prudential and regulatory requirements by providing data and evaluation reports to support the AML & ABC Lead in overseeing overall AML & ABC implementation program.

  • Perform other ad-hoc AML & ABC related tasks

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from Law or another relevant field (with Min. 2 - 3 years experience working in Financial Services Industry (e.g. Bank, Insurance, Capital Market) as Compliance or Anti-Money Laundering team.

  • Good proficiency in English communication (both oral and writing).

  • Good sensibility on Risk & Control.

  • Has a sound logical / analytical thinking process.

  • Familiar with name screening and other daily AML-related activities in insurance or any other financial industry with a proven track records for providing analysis in a Due Diligence process including Enhanced Due Diligence.

  • Familiar with the Anti-Bribery and Corruption knowledge practice.

  • Able to work with tight deadlines and pressure with result oriented.

  • Good Computer literate: Microsoft Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

  • Detail-Oriented and Good Communication Skill.

  • Capable of working independently but able to become a team player with a positive attitude.

  • Knowing Life Insurance business process and its product is a plus.
