Overview:
- Manages all aspects of Transformation communication; delivers and pushes communications to the frontlines; supports leaders throughout the organization in developing Change Stories
- Co-develop and co-deliver transformation capability building programs
Key Responsibilities:
1. Works with CAO (Chief Agency Officer), Head of SDU (Strategy Delivery Unit) Office, Executive Team and Workstream Sponsors to deliver Transformation communications
- Prepares regular Transformation communications including weekly email, videos, web content, newsletters, etc. to make the transformation progress transparent to the entire organization
- Advises leaders on the best forms of communication to reinforce the Transformation goals
- Supports roadshows, town halls, site meetings and other communications for the Transformation
2. Supports leaders in creating Change Stories at all levels of the organization
- Coordinates the development of Change Stories that cascade from CAO down to the front line
- Coaches leaders on development and delivery of Change Stories
- Disseminates Change Stories for the organization through intranet and to public through internal and social media
3. Becomes a frontline change agent for the Transformation
- Shares key messages on front lines of Transformation
- Promotes and supports key reward and recognition efforts across organization
- Works closely with workstream sponsors to support communications as a tool for organizational health improvement
4. Develops and delivers capability building jointly with L&D
- Launch surveys to identify capability level gaps
- Develop capability building programs jointly with L&D team and coordinate delivery with L&D team
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree from any major
- 6-8 years of experience in managing communication and activation related to project management, business transformation, change management, or other relevant field
- Proven experience in communications and public relations both within and outside the organization
- Deep understanding of communication practices including production across different channels (web, in-person, written, video, social media, etc.)
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and coaching skills
- High-performing individual with strong standing and good network within the organization
