Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead agile teams within our enterprise SaaS environment. The ideal candidate will have 4-8 years of experience in Scrum management, specifically in enterprise SaaS companies. You will be responsible for facilitating agile ceremonies, removing impediments, and ensuring effective communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams. Your role will be pivotal in driving continuous improvement and aligning development efforts with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Agile Facilitation:
• Lead and facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives for multiple agile teams.
• Ensure agile practices and principles are followed consistently across the teams.
• Impediment Removal:
• Identify, document, and remove obstacles that hinder team progress, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders (Product, BA, Development, QA, and DevOps).
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units, ensuring clear communication of priorities, user stories, and project updates.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Business Analysts to refine and clarify requirements.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Implement and monitor metrics to measure team performance and agile process effectiveness.
• Facilitate process improvement initiatives and drive organizational change to enhance productivity and quality.
• Coaching and Mentorship:
• Mentor team members on agile methodologies and best practices.
• Provide training and support to foster a culture of self-organization and continuous learning.
• Documentation and Reporting:
• Ensure that all agile artifacts (e.g., product backlog, sprint backlog, and burndown charts) are maintained accurately and updated regularly.
• Report progress, issues, and improvements to senior management and other stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4-8 years of hands-on experience as a Scrum Master in enterprise SaaS environments.
• Proven track record of successfully facilitating agile teams and delivering high-quality software solutions.
• Deep understanding of agile principles, frameworks, and best practices (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations.
• Proficiency with agile tools (Jira) and local collaboration platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).
• Experience working in large, distributed teams.
• Familiarity with enterprise-level challenges in SaaS environments, including integration, scalability, and security.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
