Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and/or group counseling to address students personal, social, and academic concerns.
- Teach and implement Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) programs across different grade levels.
- Develop and deliver guidance programs that promote positive mental health and well-being.
- Support students in building social skills, conflict resolution strategies, and coping mechanisms.
- Collaborate with teachers and parents to identify and support students needs.
- Conduct workshops and seminars for students, parents, and staff on relevant mental health topics.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of counseling sessions.
- Support school-wide initiatives and events related to student well-being.
- Refer students and families to external professionals when necessary.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, or related field.
- Experience working with children or adolescents in an educational setting.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills.
- Knowledge of child development, Social-Emotional Learning, and mental health best practices.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- Empathy, cultural sensitivity, and a student-centered approach.
- Based in West Nusa Tenggara
