Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual and/or group counseling to address students personal, social, and academic concerns.
  • Teach and implement Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) programs across different grade levels.
  • Develop and deliver guidance programs that promote positive mental health and well-being.
  • Support students in building social skills, conflict resolution strategies, and coping mechanisms.
  • Collaborate with teachers and parents to identify and support students needs.
  • Conduct workshops and seminars for students, parents, and staff on relevant mental health topics.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records of counseling sessions.
  • Support school-wide initiatives and events related to student well-being.
  • Refer students and families to external professionals when necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, or related field.
  • Experience working with children or adolescents in an educational setting.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills.
  • Knowledge of child development, Social-Emotional Learning, and mental health best practices.
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
  • Empathy, cultural sensitivity, and a student-centered approach.
  • Based in West Nusa Tenggara
