About the team
Scalable Creator Campaign is a hybrid strategic and operational role responsible for shaping product vouchers and budget strategies, managing daily distribution operations, and supporting creator growth campaigns to maximize ROI.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Product Team to develop and execute effective product voucher strategies
- Manage affiliate-facing voucher distribution operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Design and monitor budget spending strategies to optimize campaign ROI and efficiency
- Support creator growth campaigns through marketing initiatives and cross-functional collaboration
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal for daily communications with the internal and external teams
- Capable in data queries, analysis, and reporting
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in Marketing or Product Marketing is preferred
- Have previous campaign management experience
