SCAFFOLDING ENGINEER
Job Descriptio
- Develop and review scaffolding designs based on project requirements and work scope
- Plan and coordinate scaffolding activities to support construction and maintenance operations
- Supervise scaffolding erection, modification, and dismantling activities on site
- Ensure all scaffolding work complies with project procedures, safety standards, and industry regulations
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure scaffolding structures are safe and fit for use
- Coordinate with construction, engineering, and HSE teams regarding scaffolding access requirements
- Identify potential risks and provide technical solutions related to scaffolding systems
- Prepare technical documentation, inspection reports, and scaffolding approvals when required
- Support project execution to ensure activities are completed safely, on schedule, and within quality standards
Job Requiremen
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or related discipline
- Minimum 10 years of experience in scaffolding engineering within construction or industrial project
- Strong knowledge of scaffolding design principles, load calculations, and inspection standard
- Familiar with international scaffolding standards and safety regulation
- Scaffolding certification or related training is an required
- Able to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical document
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skill
- Able to work in a high-safety standard project environmen
- Open to project-based opportuniti
- Willing to be placed in Head Office, Fabrication or Site ar
