As SBP Relationship Officer, you are on the front line of KIP's distribution engine. You pitch, negotiate, and onboard Strategic Business Partners (SBPs into KIP's commercial framework. Once onboarded, you manage day-to-day operational coordination at the cluster level.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Execute pitching activities to prospective SBPs across assigned territories
- Negotiate and finalize standard Partnership Agreements (PKS) with SBPs
- Serve as the primary day-to-day operational contact for onboarded SBPs at the cluster level
- Coordinate SBP activities across clusters under the Jabalnusra coverage area
- Monitor SBP performance metrics and proactively address issues before they escalate
- Liaise between SBPs and the Head of Operations to ensure smooth field execution
- Track and report SBP onboarding pipeline, conversion rates, and retention status
- Support preparation for operational testing and go-live readiness
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
- Number of SBPs pitched and converted to signed PKS (target: conversion rate ≥ 30%)
- SBP retention rate during Phase 1 (target: maintain full active base)
- Time-to-first-transaction post-PKS signing
- Cluster coverage activity rate
- Timeliness and accuracy of field reports
QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
- 4–6 years of experience in channel management, distribution, or field partnership roles
- Familiarity with Telkomsel's SBP/distributor ecosystem or major telco operator distribution networks
- Strong pitching, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently across assigned regions
- Results-oriented, execution-focused mindset
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; working proficiency in English
Nice to Have:
- Experience managing distributor relationships at cluster or regional level
- Background in telco, FMCG, or digital product distribution
- Familiarity with PKS/commercial agreement processes
