SAP Support Analyst

• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve SAP system issues in a timely manner.
• Handle user requests, system enhancements, and change requests.
• Perform system configuration and minor development when required.
• Support SAP testing activities (UAT, integration testing, regression testing).
• Coordinate with functional teams, IT teams, and external vendors.

Requirement :

• Bachelor's degree in Information Data Analyst , ERP , Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 13 years of experience in SAP Support or SAP functional/technical role.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
