Job Description

As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for acting as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.

Advanced proficiency in Application Remediation is required. Expert level of proficiency in IT Troubleshooting is recommended. Engineering Support proficiency is suggested. Develop and implement innovative strategies for application remediation Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance Provide technical support and guidance to end-users Conduct regular system audits to ensure optimal functionality.
