Job Description

We are assisting several clients with End-to-End business transformation initiatives enabled by SAP solutions. Our practice is further expanding, and we are currently seeking SAP SuccessFactors Consultants specializing in the following modules including: SAP-SuccessFactors Functional Consultant Employee Central, Time Tracking, Onboarding, Recruitment, Performance & Goal Management, Learning Management System, Compensation and Payroll.

What you will do:

  • Responsible for design and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors modules
  • Experience in the full process of fit-gap analysis, requirement gathering, solution design, deployment planning, and strong project implementation of either Talent Management, Employee Central Payroll and/or Employee Central SuccessFactors modules.
  • Identifies, assesses, and solves complex business problems for area of responsibility, where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
  • Provides solution support during proposal development and planning
  • Experienced in defining data, integration, and test strategy for SuccessFactors module deployment.
  • Involved in carrying out SAP integration projects, HCM requirements and standard integration to SAP HCM system
  • Monitors and advises on solution and schedule risks and mitigation strategies.
  • Managing client relationship with business process owners and client solution leads
  • Master and maintain detailed knowledge of SuccessFactors product-suite, including professional certifications.
  • Assist with coaching and developing junior consultants and growing the SAP SuccessFactors capability.

Desired skills & experience:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of experience for Senior Associates, 4 to 8 years of experience for Manager with SAP SuccessFactors implementations, including hands on design and configuration
  • Implemented one or more of SAP SuccessFactors modules
  • Ability to effectively develop presentations and present ideas and proposals to all levels of management
  • Excellent verbal/written communication, collaboration, analytical and presentation skills.
