Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Deliver persuasive sales presentations to both new and existing clients, focusing on SAP services and solutions.
  • Develop and customize SAP solution proposals based on client-specific business needs and challenges.
  • Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders to support business growth.
  • Identify new market opportunities and contribute to sales growth strategies and business expansion initiatives.
  • Conduct in-depth client requirement analysis and align proposed solutions with business objectives.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and strategic account plans.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, proposal preparation, negotiation, and deal closure.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5–7 years of proven experience in Sales or Business Development, preferably within SAP, ERP, or IT solution industries.
  • In-depth understanding of current industry trends, especially in SAP-related services and enterprise solutions.
  • Strong sense of ownership and ability to independently manage full sales cycles.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Highly motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking and creative problem-solving abilities.
