SAP SD Functional Consultant (Retail, CR & Project)
Location: West Jakarta
Contract: 3 Months extendable
Gross Salary Range: IDR 35.000.000-IDR 45.000.000 Monthly
- Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience as an SAP SD Functional Consultant, preferably in retail environments.
- Proven experience handling both Change Requests (CR) and end-to-end SAP implementation projects.
- Strong expertise in SAP SD configuration.
- Experience with high-volume Sales Order processing.
- Experience with complex pricing (promotions, discounts, campaigns, and special pricing).
- Experience with high-volume billing processes.
- Experience in Copy Control and Output Determination.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes in multi-channel retail (store, e-commerce, and B2B).
- Experience managing Change Requests (CR), including business impact analysis, functional solution design, Functional Specification (FS) preparation, SIT, UAT, and production deployment support.
- Experience collaborating with ABAP and integration teams to resolve functional and interface-related issues.
- Ability to manage multiple CRs and project activities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience integrating SAP SD with POS, WMS, and e-commerce platforms.
- Knowledge of IDoc, RFC, and API integrations using SAP PI/PO or SAP CPI.
- Experience in retail projects such as new company or brand rollout, pricing and promotion enhancements, and sales process optimization.
- Experience in the retail industry (electronics, FMCG, or lifestyle retail) is highly preferred.
