Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP SD Consultant to lead and support Sales and Distribution (SD) processes across SAP implementations, enhancements, and support projects. The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise, excellent stakeholder management skills, and hands-on experience in end-to-end SAP SD lifecycle activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in SAP SD.
• Strong expertise in Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes.
• Experience with pricing, tax determination, rebates, and credit management.
• Good understanding of SAP integrations with FI, MM, and WM/EWM.
• Experience in SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA environments.
• Exposure to RICEFW objects and coordination with ABAP teams.
• Ability to work independently in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support end-to-end SAP SD processes, including Order-to-Cash (OTC).
• Configure and customize SAP SD modules such as:
• Sales Order Management
• Pricing & Condition Techniques
• Shipping & Transportation
• Billing & Invoicing
• Credit & Risk Management
• Integrate SAP SD with other SAP modules including MM, FI, and WM/EWM.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Work closely with technical teams on RICEFW developments (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms).
• Support UAT, cutover, go-live, and post-go-live support activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve SD-related issues in production and support environments.
• Provide leadership and mentoring to junior consultants.
• Prepare functional documentation, process flows, and training materials.
• Interact with business stakeholders and conduct workshops for process optimization.
