Job Title: SAP Project Manager

Role Overview:

The SAP Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering SAP implementation within scope, time, and budget.

This role involves managing cross-functional teams, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring adherence to SAP best practices and methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Planning & Execution: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
2. Monitor project progress and manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
3. Stakeholder Management:Communicate effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams.
4. Conduct regular status meetings and provide progress reports.
5. Team Leadership Lead SAP functional and technical consultants. Ensure collaboration across modules (FI, CO, MM, SD, PM, etc.).
6. Quality & Compliance: Ensure adherence to SAP Activate methodology or ASAP.
7. Validate deliverables against business requirements and compliance standards.
8. Budget & Resource Management:Manage project budgets and ensure cost control.
9. Coordinate vendor and third-party resources.
10. Change Management:Drive user adoption through training and communication.
11. Manage change requests and impact analysis.
12. Required Skills & Qualifications Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of SAP modules and integration points. Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.
13. Project Management:Skills Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira).
14. Knowledge of methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, SAP Activate).
15. Soft Skills:Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
16. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
17. Education & Experience:Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field. 7+ years of SAP project experience, including 3+ years in project management.
18. PMP or Prince2 certification (preferred).
19. Nice-to-Have:Exposure to large-scale global SAP rollouts.
