Job Description

• Lead and manage end-to-end SAP projects from planning and initiation through implementation, deployment, and stabilization.
• Manage complex SAP projects involving multiple SAP modules, business functions, systems, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, resource allocation, budgets, and delivery strategies.
• Lead project teams across functional, technical, infrastructure, integration, and business stakeholders.
• Manage project scope, risks, issues, dependencies, changes, and overall project governance.
• Coordinate closely with business users, SAP functional teams, technical teams, vendors, and senior management.
• Ensure project deliverables meet agreed scope, timeline, quality, budget, and business requirements.
• Lead project status reviews, steering committee meetings, escalation management, and executive reporting.
• Manage system integration, data migration, testing, cutover, go-live, and post-go-live activities where applicable.
• Drive issue resolution and provide clear escalation and mitigation plans for critical project risks.
• Ensure adherence to SAP project methodologies, governance, documentation, and delivery standards.
• Drive continuous improvement and ensure successful business adoption of SAP solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in SAP project management, implementation, or delivery.
• Proven experience managing complex and large-scale SAP projects involving multiple modules, business functions, teams, or locations.
• Strong experience managing end-to-end SAP implementation, rollout, transformation, migration, or integration projects.
• Strong understanding of SAP project lifecycle, implementation methodology, testing, cutover, go-live, and stabilization.
• Proven experience managing project scope, budget, timeline, resources, risks, issues, and vendors.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience working with senior management and business leadership.
• Experience managing cross-functional SAP teams and multiple external/internal stakeholders.
• Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• English is a must, both written and spoken.
• SAP project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or SAP Activate is an advantage.
